About the Vegan Bar

I was been asked for a vegan version of my nutrition bars. I found some rice malt syrup and used that with maple syrup and tahini as the binding agents. For over 24 vitamins and minerals this bar delivers over 20% of the minimum daily intake amounts for an adult male.

Each bar weighs 56 grams.

Allergen Statement for the Vegan Bar

Contains honey, dried fruits and coconut. The honey is used to bind the other ingredients and is a natural anti-bacterial and anti-microbial agent.
