About the NutriBlast® Diabetes Blend
I created this formula to include those ingredients that had a known or reputed benefit in helping suppress appetite or stabilize blood sugar.
Now, as far as instructions are concerned. My recommendation is that due to the action of the appetite suppressants, if you take a rounded teaspoon of it say, 20 minutes before each meal, you should find yourself feeling like eating less. So start dishing up smaller servings. (This is if you want to lose weight.)
The blood sugar stabilizing ingredients help maintain a less violently fluctuating blood sugar level, so if you ordinarily have a morning and afternoon tea, a dose 20 minutes prior to those is called for as well as the pre-meal ones.
Probably the biggest modifier to the above will come from your observation of how your body responds to it. Feel free to experiment with smaller and larger doses than those above and modify your regime accordingly. And please, let me know what worked best for you as I like to report actuals!

I encourage you to check out the credentials of each of the ingredients I have used in this formulation. The more you know yourself about nutrition, the more empowered you will be and the more you will respect what I have attempted. I am not saying the formula is perfect or won’t be improved or even that you won’t be able to make a useful suggestion (to which I am open). What I am saying is that you will most likely be very impressed. Most people are.

Despite my best efforts at thoroughly mixing the ingredients, the actual values can vary from tub to tub and serving to serving.Where possible I formulate my recipes to deliver the vitmains and minerals from plant ingredients that contain those nutrients.
In some recipes and for some nutrients I supplement what I can obtain from plant sources by adding vitamin or mineral powders, such as the fulvic acid minerals.
