About the Intense Desire Slice

One of my clients loves the taste of the Cranberry Slice and suggested I try adding some chocolate to it. So I did that and the result was a very rich, flavour intense, fruity, chocolate, fudge type result. I also added some Yacon syrup to slow the impact on the blood sugar level.

These intensely tasty morsels

• have no cane sugar
• have an intensely rich taste
• have no added colours, flavours or preservatives
• are satisfying
• do not leave you with that addictive/compulsive/craving more feeling that artificial additives do - but these are decidedly moreish

Each slice weighs 50 grams.

• shredded coconut
• dried apricots
• cranberries
• coconut oil
• honey
• cacao powder
• yacón syrup

The honey is used to bind the other ingredients and is a natural anti-bacterial and anti-microbial agent.
